A Prequel to Sole Regret
After a benefit concert, Lindsey longs for an amazing Christmas Eve with her favorite band, Sole Regret, to thank them for their generosity. Even though she followed their tour bus up a slick mountain pass in a blizzard, she never expected to spend one snowy night with two generous rock stars who love to share their gifts. Trapped on a tour bus with her best friend, a band of rowdy musicians, and their bus driver, whatever will these ladies do to keep warm? Perhaps a better question is what won’t they do?

My Thoughts

I’m kind of glad that i read this after #5 because now i know who Lindsay is and i kept wanting to see if i could figure out what was going to happen.  Lucky for me, i didn’t.  It’s nice though that Olivia Cunning decided that she was worthy of a prequel and that hopefully it means that we’ll get to see more of her because i see her for what she is – a nice girl who wanted a night of fun, and didn’t intentionally find herself in the situation that she’s in (well…sort of).

In this prequel, we find the band on christmas eve where they are doing a charity show for a little girl who’s really sick.  On the bands way to their next stop, they get stuck in a blizzard, and low and behold, a fan and her friend are in the car right behind the stranded tour bus in the hopes that they’ll get meet the guys.

Meet them is just the clean version of what happened.  This story gave us some interesting spins on friendship and where passion and sex can take you.  We not only see more of the relationship between Kelly and Owen, but we see an interesting thing here with Lindsey and her best friend Vanessa.  All nice and steamy, and well…quite a lot of active fun on a tour bus.

not much more else to say about it, but that it was a nice few chapters to read.  i guess we’ll have to wait and see what’s next for the band and Lindsey.
